Originally part of the complex for the Special Design Bureau of Analytical Instrument Engineering at the Russian Academy of Sciences, MG52 is set to be adapted for modern use, featuring 3,580 square meters of contemporary office interiors, the addition of a penthouse, and the enhancement of the surrounding areas.
The project draws inspiration from the industrial aesthetics of artifacts found on-site, seamlessly bridging the past, present, and future through its architectural design. The office spaces feature a cyber-minimal aesthetic, creating a modern yet evocative environment.
